When placing your order, select the nearest OMNIVA parcel machine and ensure your mobile phone number is entered correctly. You’ll be notified via SMS and email about your package’s delivery and location. The SMS will contain a door code to open the machine, and this information will also be sent to your email. Packages are stored in the OMNIVA machine for up to 7 calendar days.

Delivery to OMNIVA parcel machines is available in Estonia, Lithuania, and Latvia.

A tracking number will be provided once your order ships, allowing you to monitor its progress until delivery.

Returns are possible within 14 days of purchase.
